Günther's journey with O&L began in 1990 at Namibia Breweries Limited, where his dedication and excellence quickly earned him the role of Financial Director. In 1996, he expanded his expertise internationally, gaining valuable experience in the telecommunications and mining industries.
His passion for O&L brought him back in 2004 as Group Chief Financial Officer, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's strategic direction. Recognised for his exceptional leadership, he was appointed Group Chief Operations Officer in 2020, contributing to O&L’s inspiring Vision 2025 as a key member of the Chairman’s Committee. Günther’s sincere commitment, world-class expertise and unwavering drive for excellence have left an indelible mark on O&L’s legacy.
