In 1987, she broke new ground by establishing the country's first HR consulting practice through C O Holdings, demonstrating her visionary approach to talent management. Her exceptional leadership earned her the distinction of becoming PwC's first female non-audit partner in 2002, the same year she was honoured as the Namibian Economist Businesswoman of the Year.
Beyond her professional achievements, her compassion and social commitment revealed themselves when she founded the Christina Swart-Opperman Aids Orphan Foundation Trust in 2003, demonstrating her dedication to meaningful social reform.
