Theresa Weitz is an authentic and confident leader with over two decades of experience in finance. A respected Chartered Accountant, Theresa earned her degree from Stellenbosch University and completed her articles at Deloitte & Touche in Windhoek.
Theresa’s career at O&L began in 2002, where her purpose-driven approach and financial expertise earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor. After a period of valuable experience outside the group as Financial Director for Bidvest Namibia, she returned to O&L in 2018 and quickly became an integral part of the senior leadership team.
As Chief Financial Officer, Theresa ensures that O&L’s financial strategies are both innovative and aligned with Vision 2029, fostering sustainable growth and delivering value to stakeholders.
