Franziska Rüeck is an inspirational and passionate leader, bringing global expertise in guest relations and operational excellence to her role as Chief Experience Officer. A German Abitur graduate, Franziska has held senior positions at Kempinski properties in Munich, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Berlin, where she refined her ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Her career at O&L began in 2022 as Persona Brand Manager at O&L Leisure, where her innovative strategies strengthened the company’s market presence. Recognising her authentic and high-performing approach, she was appointed Chief Experience Officer in 2024.
In this role, Franziska drives quality assurance and customer experience across the Group, ensuring that O&L’s Persona of authenticity, care and passion is reflected in every interaction. Her leadership embodies living in breakthrough, transforming guest experiences and creating value-driven solutions that resonate with O&L’s Vision 2029.
