The Ohlthaver & List (O&L) Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Christina Swart-Opperman as a Non-Executive Director on the OLFITRA Board, effective 1 April 2025.
Dr. Swart-Opperman has been an integral part of the O&L Family since 2016, serving as Chairperson of the OLFITRA Remuneration and Nomination Committee (REMCO). Her leadership has played a pivotal role in shaping the Group’s remuneration philosophy, ensuring fairness, strategic alignment, and excellence in talent management.
A trailblazer in Namibia’s business landscape, Dr. Swart-Opperman established the country’s first Human Resource Consulting practice and made history as the first female partner at PWC. Her impact extends far beyond the corporate world - her passion for social upliftment is evident through the Christina Swart-Opperman Aids Orphan Foundation Trust, which has transformed many lives. Her PhD research on innovation and team dynamics further highlights her deep expertise in business strategy, leadership, and people development.
She now joins the esteemed OLFITRA Board, which includes:
